I don't see any problem with this filter. I think your main problem
just above the Spam rule. Instead of sending messages
to the Spam folder and deleting them, it now just sends them to the inbox

responsive during normal operation on my 1.8 GHz laptop with 1.5 GB of
RAM and a 5400 RPM hard drive.
However, I do run Purge Compress nightly after I have finished the
day's work.

Today's Oxymoron: New classic
the outgoing filter places the message in
the folder, it does not thread properly; I have to navigate to a
different folder and back again (pressing ESC also fixes the problem).
Has anyone else noticed this?
BTW, I thread by references and sort by descending created time
(newest on top).

And the apostrophe: account root folder is the same as accounts'
root folder (the root folder of [all] the accounts). Now, account's root
folder is different. The account's root folder is a sub-directory
of the accounts' root folder. Confusing, eh?

It somehow appears to be related to when new messages arrive in my
mail box but I can't spot what is triggering the freezes.
Do you have lots of filters or complicated filters?

function (single or to
all), only the selected text is quoted. If *no* text is selected,
use all text as quotation.
And not just using the keyboard. The toolbar buttons should function
the same way.
