Problems with mailto: links

I have been trying out The Bat! and it seems to have problems playing with Outlook Express. For now, I want OE to be my default mail handler but The Bat! seems to disable this even though I have it set not to check and it is NOT installed as the Simple MAPI handler NOR is it associated with Mailto
