It looks for both the FROM and the SENDER fields. I think the fitlers
get a problem with the trinagular brackets around the email
address, though. If the filter doesn't work, try deleting the
brackets.

No, there is a bug here. The quotes have a special meaning for the
filters, namely "case sensitive". I suggested earlier that they use
another signal for "case sensitive", as the quotes are part of many
real names.
