formats, such as .mp4 for the video iPod. That should be easier to
convert to a format you can burn to DVD.
For the stuff on YouTube, I'm not sure what to tell you. Ask the
people who made the video if they have it in another format.
My aim is for Windows users to be able to view the
video right in their IE browsers, using whatever Windows software came
pre-installed on their PCs.
DivX does not come pre-installed on PCs.

Channel101 and Channel102 are really great. If you have the
opportunity to go to a screening, do it. Its fun, the atmosphere is
great, and the content is hysterical. I really enjoyed the format of

Here's one reason to scale to a consistent size (while retaining aspect ratio):
- Not every video is the same size
There is no way to tell if a video is 320x240 or 1000x2500 without
downloading the file. This information certainly does not exist in the
RSS feed at
Quesiton:
