As far as slow or fast, no. Not in Apples' music app. There is an app called tempo slow to slow down songs. As for the bass, you can go into Settings>Music, then scroll down to where it says EQ, and then you can choose an EQ that'll boost the bass. There's even one called "Bass Booster ". But I
