Apple keyboard simply do not have a delete key, but there is a way to do that using one of the modifiers and the backspace key.  Research your keyboard is probably easiest done with pressing K with caps lock  to put you in  keep  help mode then then just try every key. Sent from my iPhoneOn Mar

Hello, I also wanted to piggy back on what Michael said. You don’t have to use Face Id with any phone. The only draw back is that you will have to use a passcode every time you want to unlock your phone if you have one set up. I really advise you to set one up as that puts your phone at risk
