The iCloud Control Panel is not for XP but for Vista and later and yes
it is accessible. Outlook comes as part of some editions of Office so no

Go to settings, ICloud, Backup and storage, manage, and then double tap on
the old backup you've got. It will give you an option of deleting it and

Some of your problems may depend on how you have your mail configured in
Outlook 2010. Are you using Imap or POP? I guess I better wait to comment
further until I verify that all my stuff is syncing after the update to

I did confirm that I was one update behind the latest version of the iCloud
Control Panel for Windows. Not sure if this new one was released in
conjunction with the latest version of iTunes but maybe so.
I do not use any POP accounts and iCloud works very differently with POP

On the iPHone, go into Settings/iCloud, and make sure Notes is turned on.
On your computer, open System Preferences, and choose iCloud. Interact with the
Cloud Services group and within that the Cloud Services table. Make sure that
Notes is checked.
