three finger swipe from left to right or right to left to move between

question about what you are looking for in the picture, this way if a crowd

It took a lot of playing around with it to get it to work for me.
There is an accept changes button near the bottom.
Like I said, very hit or miss. Good luck.

I think this has something to do with the auto refresh feature. I may try
disabling auto refresh for certain apps and see if the focus issues continue.
