Hi Sieghard. Actually the Siri voice doesn't have anything to do with Voiceover so your below steps won't work. Hope, have you tried plugging in your device? I found that after plugging it in and waiting a while, the more expressive voices downloaded. Give it a shot. I hope that helped.

Hi, David, I don't think the Anker keyboards support all the VO functions. I have one as well. The command-VO-arrow keys don't seem to work for me, either. I think there's a disclaimer in the VO-specific list of keyboard commands that indicates they are for the Apple wireless keyboard. HtH
