This sounds like another focus issue with VoiceOver. I wish I knew of
a way to fix it; I've experienced the same thing in TweetList 4,
Tweetings, and the Settings app. Please consider emailing Apple
Accessibility and adding your voice to the issue, in hopes that they
will fix it quicker. Their
updated to iOS 9.0.2, did a reset, and erase all data
and settings on the phone. Then restoring from iCloud was not a

phone/device has had iOS 9, it has not been backed up. That's my
working theory but I don't exactly know why it reports that. I just
