I'd suggest you open the KNFB Reader app and on the main screen bottomline menu
in the center, locate document type and double tap. This will open a picker
item where you select between multi-column or single column document. My KNFB
Reader seems to default to multi-column document type

It is $12 even through NFB, or add $3.00 shipping through Amazon and I think
the Fopydo web site.
It is very light weight and easily folds up for portability.
If you read the user guide for KNFB Reader, you will learn how to save and add
pages to a document.

Are there any good alternatives to knfb reader? I sometimes need to
read stuff when my wife is unavailable, and I thought I had heard good

It may not have a trial version, but as you can tell from most replies people
get excellent results. I think Evan’s concerns which are based on one opinion
don’t hold too miuch water since almost everybody I know including myself get
