Hey Peter, I completely agree and I'm certainly not judging. I believe that the subscription model for Earl would mean you would pay $99 a year. The articles in question appear to be easy to get to through other means, such as via an RSS reader or in Safari, or heck in Voice Dream Reader

Peter, Try the Newspapers app that was mentioned a couple of days ago. I believe the developer is Dave Ernest. It shows about 78 papers for the UK and lots more if you include Ireland, etc. It works fine with VoiceOver. I think the whole point of Earl is to use voice commands, not screen taps
