I don't understand how a non-profit organisation that fosters open source ideology can spend money for something like this when even better solutions (such as full-fledged CRM) exist as open source software for free. Especially am I totally against putting our private data into a foreign system

I was not here in 2007. I just said that our actual system can't allowed sharing of contacts with active members. And it's a problem. And I don't think that we can say that we have a web site. It's just a wikimembers Ludovic 2011/1/27 Manuel Schneider > > > Am 27.01.2011 17:28, schrieb Ludovic

While doing so is orthogonal to the wiki idea which we are trying to spread there are also technical reasons why it's just not going to work properly: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Security_issues_with_authorization_extensions /Manuel Am 27.01.2011 17:37, schrieb rupert THURNER: > from a proje

Hi all, Quick question : do we already have a database for all contacts (press, people asking for info, etc...) ? If not, wouldn't it be a good idea to have one, in order to track who was contacting who, why, when ? Obviousely, this list should be stricly restricted. In case it already exists,
