I have never had a problem with UBNT and RMA's past having to wait
for an item to get back in stock...

Their RMA process and responsiveness, IMHO, is one of the best in
the business.

And I've done a fair number with them...

Ever radio we have sent back for RMA we have gotten a replacement (brand 
new) radio within 2 weeks. We just follow the normal, published 
procedures on the website.

Maybe you're a bigger fish in their pond Rick, but I can only go from my 
own experience. For example if you look at the forums, you'll see a 
posting of mine from about two weeks ago, asking for help identifying a 
900Mhz Ubnt card based on the MAC address. Never got an answer (except 
from another user who apparently didn't know) even tho I separately sent 
an urgent email (6-14-2011, 9:34 AM) directly to Mike Ford. No

I have never in all my years of working with Ubiquiti products had
issues with rma's...in fact they are better then most other companies
