Thinks seem good in DC. Just some wind and rain. Network looks good so
far as well. No flooding, but we don't live near the river. We haven't
been out to see if there are any down trees etc.

Love to hear about this as well. We are currently using paper. We send
the document to the customer over email and then the tech has a
signature page that they sign. Our lawyer, says they should sign it and
we should retain it.

James,
Love to hear more about how you are doing this: ...weekend support
through a rotating schedule of all employees who want to participate in
it (on-call is paid separate from work pay)
Thanks

Nice! Not sure if it's legal, but it looks good.

How would you use this if you have techs that go straight to a client from
their home? we currently use a mobile app called time tracker. Each employee
logs their time. At the end of the pay period they send it to me and I review
and enter their time into payroll.
This is better, I feel than
machine upside down. So the bookkeeper
either gets no sheets or blank white sheets of paper. This then
requires someone to go to the warehouse to retrieve the sheets and a
firedrill in the AM to do payroll and get the checks out to the warehouse.

I can provide an address once I get it. It's for my aunt and uncle.
They live out of town, not in the city center.
Thanks!
