this is fine for ufs for LONG time.
Now zfs does not like this overlap so you just need to run format then
delete s2
or use s2 and delete all other partitions

you need to destroy the fakedisk so it will have contains data when you to the

copy the data by following the steps in the link
replace the fakedisk withnthe real disk
this is a good approach that i did not know before
