one by one), you'd better use a template and select this in the export

I use DropBox. Works like a charm. But notice that I only use Zim on 1
pc. When I need to access the contents of my wiki, I simply open the
text files using DropBox web interface and/or opening the folder in my
explorer.

They're simple too small for me. The difference between checked-yes
and checked-no is almost invisible. This is especially true when
combined with a bigger font (as I did).

The problem was the path to the Zim folder. I selected one level more.
Selecting the right path to Zim exe solved the issue. Now I see both

if I try to type a special character using ALT + (code) on the numeric
pad, nothing happens. For instance, I would like to add accented

access your notebook from within Android. Then you could simply use
any text editor/viewer to read your files and the system file search.

Yes, it's the usual conflict "scrolling vs clicking". I personally prefer
the content distributed on more pages and less scrolling. Having more pages
also increases you SEO, btw.
However, it's one of the longest discussions in web design... :) It's
really up to you.

when I copy and paste text from Microsoft PowerPoint into Zim Wiki,
the text is pasted as an image. Is this the expected behaviour? Is
there an option to always paste text as plain text? Maybe it's a PPT
issue... I don't know...

It might be that the font used in your Zim Wiki doesn't include the
glyph for the arrows (although it's quite strange, since most do). Try
to change to a more complete font, possibly Unicode-compatible and see

Just a guess: The 15th character mentioned by the error is exactly the
position of the "a ring" in the language name. So the string to find
should probably include "Norwegian (Bokmål)_Norway", not only the
a-ring.

There is at least one note-taking app similar to Zim that has apps for
Android and iOS and is also open source: Joplin,

Perhaps its code can be helpful (I'm not a dev, so I don't have a clue...)

Which font do you use so that the icons are shown in color?
If I try that, icons are always shown in their black and white version...
I'm on Zim Wiki 0.74.3 + Windows 10.
