I think the keyword argument bit is a red herring. The issue here is
that the methods you are calling are not really designed to be scripted

emp_id - Parameter key for employee_by_id
2 - Parameter value for emp_id
The result of employee_by_id(emp_id=2) is a SQL

specify a location other than zope/var to place that copy?

Actually, it makes a *new* file when packing, and then unlinks the old
file and re-links the copy
