[Zope] zope permissions

I have a folder in a plone site that when looked at in zmi doesn't have 'Security' tab. I don't see any way to change this by using parent's Security tab. In what circumstance can this happen? A programmatic hack? More important, how can I fix it, programmatically or not. When I look at the

I have setup Zope with ZEO on CentOS4.4, with the intention of running a Plone site. I previously used the same configuration to get Zope 2.9.3 with ZEO running on CentOS 3.7 * CentOS is setup without SELinux. * Python 2.5 is installed in /opt/python * Zeo starts fine, using /opt/zope/zeo/bin/
