I have been using the castrol synthetic with Fram filters, mostly out of 
ignorance to the differences (my fault), but I change my oil religiously ever 
3k miles. My oil never looks dirty when I chnge it so my question is, how 
much have I lost in doing my changes with Fram? I am sure this is dumb 
question but looking for trouble spots now.
