I don't know about NHRA drag racing motors needing good filteration when
they only run for several seconds at a time at the most and get torn down
after a few runs.
The anti-drainback valve on the regular FRAM filters are CRAP. They seal
poorly and leak. Most filters use black rubber nitrile seals but [OEM]
better premium filters like Purolator Pure One use silicone seals that keep
the oil in whether hot or cold cuz it stays pliable.
Thats probably why someone else noticed the oil lamp goes out faster with
better filters.
