Hi Sander,

I've been thinking a lot about this before I sent yesterdays E-Mail. I
decided to leave out the strict rules as I believe in the community process.
Surely there's the possibility that someone could "take over" or [insert
hostile act] the project, but I don't actually think we're that important
yet. This is also the reason, why I included

In the election call mail. The lack of rules is good as long as we are
working all on our own, they're insufficient if we want to reach a goal.
