I've mentioned it before; I've noticed that it would crash when i ran it.
(I don't know why because i haven't had any time (damn that clock!) to
debug it.)
I also believe there are some passwords used by the bot to post the
logs on the website, codes which obviously are not in the repository.
Because of this only board members can run it, so maybe we could work
around this somehow?
Assign some people who are allowed to run the bot, but who aren't,
necessarily board members?

I've tried to start up some parts of the Wiki in the past (hoping that
other people would join in and help out), but for some reason i seemed
be the only one working on the documentation... (for the most part
anyway)
So I'm not too surprised that during my absence nothing changed ...at all
If anyone has any suggestions on how to improve this situation; I'm all ears!

It really seems as if nobody actually wants to work on
documentation/design.. everybody agrees that it should be there, but
nobody (at least nobody with the actual in-depth knowledge) is willing
to start writing it.
And without a design, it's not really clear what needs to be done.
So it's something of a chicken and egg thing.

There won't be a deus ex machina, someone who'll join the project and
drop an entire architecture design on our doorstep.
We have to do it ourselves, and we have to start somewhere, and
hopefully more talented people (such as yourself) will join in and
help out.
So i strongly suggest that everyone start writing their ideas/designs
down on the Wiki!
If some things are inaccurate on the Wiki, it can be discussed on the
irc channel and modified accordingly.
That way we can move forward instead of having these endless
discussions about how we *should* have a design
(instead of actually making one)

There is no clear leadership right now (not only due to absence), and
no clear ownership of anything.
Elections won't change this, at least not directly.
Someone will need to step up and take this role (someone who has time)

The mailing list was never really active, the majority of all the
discussions have always been done on the IRC channel.
Ofcourse not having any IRC logs makes this pretty bad.

That's a shame because you're one of the people i would consider nominating.
