I think Mike's (aka Grover) call for an election is a step in the right
direction. No election is perfect nor solves all problems. I hope we don't
start an endless debate about it. I do hope that one or two existing board
members will continue to be on the board to provide consistency.

I nominate Mike. I think Mike is being humble and trying to be neutral
with his statement above. Mike has shown strong leadership by being active
in this community and has demonostrated a deep technical understand of
compiler technology. I strongly encourage him to accept the nomination and
volunteer for a position on the board.
