Hi George,
My transfer was completed in 2016 with the new IP owner but we were not used
transfer method, the new owner were used merger method to complete our
transfer.Transfer method was denied by APNIC staff. And that is not our
original transfer method idea. The IP block are not just last 103 /8, there are
also have 43 /8
Can you confirm APNIC, are there have special policy for IPv4 Transfer between
APNIC members ?
