Scott,  You may want to buy those empty vegetable capsules at the health
food store and then just pour a tiny amount of cayenne inside one and close
it tightly so it doesn't burn your esophagus going down.  Also be careful
not to take too much. It can give your heart a start and you literally feel
your blood moving faster, or perhaps you become more conscious of blood
flow. I heard it is good to give to someone who is having a heart attack.
I'd be careful if you have a sensitive heart, although herbalists add it to
all kinds of formulas to increase the absorption of other herbs.  You may
just be very tired and need to rest and alternate with movement in a pool or
something relaxing.  Jess
