I've heard for years that milk calcium is largely UN-available, esp.
compared to plant forms like spinach.  I take Osteo-ProCare mail-ordered
from Life Force International.  A health food store mgr. says it's the
best she's ever seen.

If you had a live cow, you'd avoid antibiotics, artificial hormones, etc.
 However, GOAT products are supposed to be less allergenic & more
compatible with human protein needs.  Preferably, get a live goat--they
eat almost any weeds or vegetation.
