Unfortunately I'm from the bottom of the middle of down under! And we don't

We like "Silk Vanilla Soymilk" , a national brand distributed by White Wave,
Inc. Denver, CO 80301. NO HYDROGENATED OIL! Silk Soymilk ingredients:
Filtered Water, Organic Whole Soybeans, Naturally milled organic cane, Calcium
Carbonate, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Sea Salt, Carrageenan, Vitamin A Palmitate,
Vitamin D2, Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B12, no more, no less! Silk Soybeans are
third party certified by QAI. Silk is certified to contain no GMO soybeans.

Tastes a lot better than homemade..... soooo.....there you are!

Both tend to have hydrogenated vegetable oil in them, here in Oz, - for no
apparent reason - I'm trying to avoid that just now....

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    Judith.

      Soy milk ..... rice milk

On the subject of NO MILK how do those of you who have gone off cope
with:
        1. Calcium in absorbable form

        2. Milk substitution in baking cooking etc etc

        3. Making kefir?????? or yogurt ???? [ ;) ]

        Regards,
        Judith.
