No. SIP media is peer-to-peer. This means that it needs to pass through (both
ends) a central system in order to be recorded OR the media needs to be able to
stream to a third point in order to do so.

I would like to use recording of communication between two phones
in ACD server.
Like if I want to record talk of a particular agent then this talk
should store in a ".wave " file.
Is such type of recording facility is available in ACD server.
Please, make me clear about it.
