Hi,
Thanks to everyone for reply regarding this.
I have gone through one code file ACDRtRecord.cpp of ACD server module.
This file keeps records of various event like call event,
transfer call event, agent event etc.
So can I use this particular file to add this functionality or it
is not so easy as I am thinking.
Please give your comments.
