Hi, I am really interested in call recording facility of ACD server. So for that what should I do, from where I should start.
Somebodies also suggested Call Recorder. Is any cost for all such softwares or these are freely available on internet? Can I use these Recorders with Sipxces? Please tell me what is a right step to implement it or I should wait for next release. Thanks And Regards, Anand.
