Hi,

Thanks for reply. I used Wireshark and it seems to be work like back to
back.

For example, I assigned two agents in queue 300 and 301, then I made call
from an another phone
which was not in the queue that phone was 400 it acted as an outer calling
phone. I called on line 2000 which was for queue.

Then I checked through Wireshark, RTP first moved to my server on which
Sipxces existed and queue was there, then RTP traveled to the particular
agent. And When agent picked up the phone path was established then RTP
moved back to the server and then to the calling phone(400 in my case).

So it seems to be back to back.I would like to use the facility of voice
logger.

Can is it possible anyhow?

Thanks In Advance,
Anand.
