I'm new to sipXecs, and I'm trying to test the ACD functions. I've tried to configure a single queue, with the line 8000 assigned to it. I've also configured two agents. The agents can log in, and I can see them logged in in the ACD presence pages of sipXconfig. The problem is that if I try to make a call from a third user to destination number 8000, I always get a voice message saying "Dialed extension is not valid, goodbye!". My question is: where could i find information about how to configure an ACD queue? Where can I see traces related to this problem? Any suggestions?
