Did you follow the steps in the wiki to configure the ACD?

I've changed my ACD extension to 3 digits and now, if a place a call, I
can
hear a ringback tone, but the call never arrives to the available
agent...
The problem is that I have one agent signed In, I can see it in the ACD
presence page...

I only have two agents configured, one is logged in, and the other is
offline.

It's very strange, because if the logged agent makes a logout (*86), and
then I call again to the ACD queue, I receive a "Call failed:ACD no
agent"
in the calling softphone (X-Lite), so it seems that the system is
keeping
track of the agent states...
