Yes, I did. The steps I've followed are: 1. Create a new acd server. 2. Configure a new Queue 3. Add a new line to the queue with extension number 8000. 4. Add two ACD users. 5. Restart the acd (i've restarted the entire machine to be sure that all is up-to-date). 5. users can log in by dialing *88. I can see them in the ACD Presence page of sipXconfig. 6. If a third user dials 8000, I hear that voice message.
