Jim Canfield has posted some information on 3.3.1 already, and running the
polycom config tool which "rewrites" existing files into the proper format.
At the same time he has suggested (along with others) setting up a group of
people to take "parts" of the polycom config before/after to document what
changes would be needed and report back so developers can then have a
fast-track of sorts to  assist with the rewrite. There are a lot of
features, but the real questions begin with how to support multiple versions
and how to take advantage and document some of the new/cool features too.
It's a big job. Everyone interested in 3.3.x support should consider
donating some time to help...
