3.2.1RevB has MWI on all phones. I test on 430, 335, and 650. I am going to have to switch back to 3.2.2 and test.
The issue with Share Lines, is that when you have the shared line check box enabled or is it an issue as well with multiple appearances even with the Shared Line option disabled?
