3.2.3 has some known issue too. Realize, as an example, 3.2.3 exhibits this
known behavior:

user comes in first thing in the morning. Their phone rings, a partial ring
one time, then stops. Their voicemail light starts blinking.

If the network segment where the phone has any latency 20-30ms, it sends the
call to voicemail. I'd stay away from 3.2.3 also, but that's me.
