3.2.3 has some known issue too. Realize, as an example, 3.2.3 exhibits
this known behavior:
user comes in first thing in the morning. Their phone rings, a partial
ring one time, then stops. Their voicemail light starts blinking.
If the network segment where the phone has any latency 20-30ms, it
sends the call to voicemail. I'd stay away from 3.2.3 also, but that's me.

Tony,
I was incorrect, I checked the phones this morning and they are
running 3.2.3. I will give 3.2.1 a try to see if it makes a
difference.

You are in uncharted territory.
Are you manually running the polycom config update tool
against the 3.3.0 (3.3.x configs are not supported in
sipxconfig yet at all, btw)? If not, I'd recommend backing to
3.2.1b or 3.1.3RevC on this! Polycom has since released 3.3.1,
but it is very likely the config is valid for the phone, but
not for sipxecs. The 3.3.x configs vary greatly, so the config
being generated by sipxconfig is probably causing the issue,
get thee back to known waters.

Tony,
sipXECS is version 4.2.1-018971.dhubler. I believe the
Polycom IP 335 is running firmware version: 3.3.0. I will
double check this in the morning.

What is the firmware on it? What is the version of

All,
We recently have run into some intermittent
issues with some of our Polycom 335s. I am
wondering if anyone else has run into this. When
phone rings, and is answered it continues to ring.
If our techs hits the hook flash several times it
will eventually answer. Sometimes the call will go
directly to speakerphone even though the handset
was lifted. I have upgraded the software as well
as did a full file system format, however, the
phones continue to experience this odd behavior.
Has anyone seen this with this model? Should I
RMA/replace?
