Polycom just provided sip.ld 3.2.4 to some of its' partners including Avaya. We have it installed at one customer with SCS 4.0 systems who was using 3.2.3 sip.ld in support of Shared Line Appearance and encountering the "one ring, role to voicemail" issue caused by the phone issuing a 400 Bad Request to the INVITE. This is the problem Tony has described. It has been running for a couple of days in limited distribution without the issue being reported.
I have looked at the Polycom support web site and they have yet to publish 3.2.4 on the web site. You might want to check with the company from which you purchased the Polycom phones to see if they can get the software for you.
