As we will release 2.62 still under the GPL/PAL (I think?), I don't know if
this is really needed. Actually, all that stuff is still available in the
CVS/SVN repository so if one wants be be really picky we'd had to get CLAs
from everybody who every contributed if we really needed to cover
everything which went to the ASF repositories. (IMHO & IANAL)

I don't like the idea of removing (or adding) any feature on a bugfix
release.
