I don't see the point in doing this. If we're going to keep SVN updated
from CVS, let's just use SVN and say "bon voyage" to CVS. I'd like to
get the ASF stuff heading in the right direction, get the repo moved over,
get 2.62 out RSN, and get 2.70 worked on. We have WAAAAAAY enough stuff
to work on for 2.70, or I'm actually thinking of calling it 3.0.0.
