Can I just add that, as a patron of the very fine Eagle Street Grill, that to claim that 50% of the patrons are smokers is just not right. One of the reasons I like going there is it's less smoky than a lot of other places.
Maybe the day crowd puffs like GSE, bringing the average up a bit. But from what I've seen, no way.
