this sounds much better. another question. who does the super report to?
lets say they decide to go to lunch and take the afternoon off, who do they
tell? technically i would think that should count as a half vacation day but
who would ever call the super on it?
as for longevity bonus. It seems to me that superintendents never stay in one
place for long because each move gets them a more money. something needs to be
put in place to keep the good ones and it seems that longevity bonuses are the
current answer.
