Heck, while we're at it, another excellent and mind-numbingly simple product from GV is Global Transfer, which allowed file transfers even between macs and PCs via modem by using the Z modem protocol.
We used to use this for moving pictures to other newspapers and wire service or anybody who had the means to answer a modem call for receiving files.
It will still work I'm sure if the need ever arises.
