I don't think you car analogy works. If you are talking about a Hot
Rod, most mechanics should know how to work on it. If you mean a
restored factory original car, then you wouldn't be installing a modern
stereo system. If it were stock, but a "driver", you probably already
converted it to twelve volts. Besides, OR's Palm Pilot is a fairly
recent product right? DOS still exists as well. Dumb tech support just
shouldn't be. Run around answers, and not even trying to find out is
infuriating. "I don't know" would be better than an canned techno
weenie answer, that doesn't even make sense, in my opinion.
