Kiril, Benefits you can see in genshi homepage(http://genshi.edgewall.org/). to PHP itself, genshi is more mature, simple and clean (this very important ) template system and but I didn't knew PHPTal, and as I can see quickly it's very good, sometime later I'll look more into it.
