I've not gotten into brocading at all, and yes the pattern generation that 
my spreadsheets do is of greatest value in double-faced weaves -- 3/1 rep, 
3/1 twill, 2/1 rep, 2/1 twill and to some extent, Snartemo, for 4-holed 
tablets, and a longer list for 6-holed tablets.  Of course they work also 
for threaded-in designs and Egyptian diagonals, but these two are so easy 
to chart by hand that the benefits are marginal.
