That is a neat program...where did you find it?  Well if you would not mind, could you 
do me?

I am 5'6".... I am 128 and want to get to 110.  I eat between 500-800 cals a day 
sometimes more depending on how much I ate the day before.  Anyways...would you mind 
doing mine so I can see what I am looking at here.  I want to lose by Christmas...that 
is 30 days about....is it possible??
