Well, I take any plate of food that I have in front of me, unless it's
like, a bowl of pineapple, or something, or
lite calorie ice cream, and I cut the servings either in half or in
thirds. I immediately eat the half, or the third. I throw the rest away,
unless I'm out eating, then I immediately put it in a to-go box, and take
it home, then I can only eat a half. or a third of it. I'm a little laxed
on exercise. I do about 200-300 crunches and leg lifts a day. My jean
size used to be 16, now it's 7. The size 16 jeans fall right off of me.
So do my old dresses, but I don't wear many dresses, cause I hate them.
My size large scrub pants try to fall off of me, too.I eat around 300-400
cals a day, and I log them in, daily, to Diet power, which really helps
me. I've lost another pound, and I'm surprised. You can find Diet pwer at

It's kind of along story, I have to go to work, but I'll write about it
later...Mostly, by diet pills, keeping my cals under 300 daily, and
exercising for an hour a day with the Slim in 6 tapes from
